BLAST Premier: Fall European Showdown 2022 opening matches

The quarterfinals of BLAST Premier: Fall European Showdown 2022 will be played on September 19 and 20.

Team Vitality - TYLOO (October 19 - 16:30 CEST)

Team Vitality is the biggest favourite of the tournament in my opinion. Frankly, I was surprised that they weren't able to attend Fall Finals 2022 directly, and I think they'll do it with their success in Showdown.

Eternal Fire - Astralis (October 19 - 19:30 CEST)

Both teams are pretty strong. Eternal Fire is showing an increasing performance. Still, I can say that Astralis is more likely to win.

BIG - Sangal Esports (October 20 - 16:30 CEST)

BIG is one of the teams that I think will advance to the semifinals. I don't think they can go beyond the semifinals though.

ECSTATIC - Heroic (October 20 - 19:30 CEST)

Heroic will advance to the semifinals and I think, with a win over BIG in the semifinals, they will face Team Vitality in the grand final.

Teams will receive a share of the $67,500 prize pool for their performance, but the top prize for most teams is the right to participate in BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2022. The closest team to this award seems to be Team Vitality. In addition, teams will also earn BLAST Premier points based on their ranking.
