ESL Pro League Finals: Live stream and Season 7 tournament guide


ESL Pro League Season 7 Finals start in Dallas where 16 leading CS:GO teams will do battle for a share of the $1m prizepool.

The teams reached the offline finals in Texas after the regular online season and the top six teams from each group will qualify for the play-offs on May 18 to May 20.

ESL Pro League is the longest running and most prestigious league in Counter-Strike.

This week's tournament will be staged in Dallas’ Verizon Theatre.

Tournament format

The teams are split into two groups, with each offering three play-off spots. The upper bracket winners progress directly to the semi-finals, while runners-up must play the lower-bracket winners in the quarter finals.

The quarters and semis are best-of-three matches, while the final on May 20 is best-of-five.

ESL Pro League prize money

The total prizepool for Season 7 finals is $1m, broken down like this:

  • 1st place - $250,000
  • 2nd place - $110,000
  • 3rd-4th place - $55,000
  • 5th-6th place - $32,000
  • 7th-8th place - $24,000
  • 9th-12th place - $22,000
  • 13th-16th place - $20,000

Homecoming in Dallas

The Dallas event has been labelled “Counter-Strike’s homecoming” after the inception of the Cyberathlete Professional League in the city in 1997.
