The Winter tour is over across almost every league in the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC), meaning we now have an idea of which teams will be heading to the Lima Major, which is due to begin on February 22.
DPC Lima Major 2023 teams
Almost every league has now wrapped up their Winter Tours - with the Chinese league being the sole exception, having taken a break to allow players to celebrate the Chinese New Year.
Still, despite the DPC CN Tour still being ongoing, we're only waiting on one more team to qualify for the Lima Major - asfor Team Aster, Knights and PSG.LGD have all already qualified. That means there's just one more spot free for a Chinese team, with Invictus Gaming, Xtreme Gaming and EHOME all within reach of that final spot.
However, one of those teams is currently mired in controversy - as Knights have been accused of using vision hacks in its first three matches this season. The situation has been reported to Valve, and it remains to be seen what action (if any) the company will take against Knights.
Still, assuming Knights are cleared to attend, we now know all but one of the teams due to attend the Lima Major, taking place from February 22 to March 5. The 18 qualified teams will be competing for a share of the $500,000 prize pool alongside 1,900 DPC points.
