The unyielding Team Spirit's easy journey to the grand final
The favourites of the tournament, Team Spirit, faced HellRaisers in the opening match. Contrary to expectations, they lost 1-2, and were relegated to the lower bracket. Their opponents in lower bracket round 1 were PuckChamp. They won 2-0 and advanced to the lower bracket final. There they faced the HellRaisers again— an opponent they lost to in the opening match of the tournament. This time, Team Spirit won 2-0 and made it to the grand finals.
Virtus.pro did not have much difficulty on the way to the grand final
Facing PuckChamp in the beginning, Virtus.pro won 2-0 and advanced to the upper bracket final. Their opponents were HellRaisers, who defeated Team Spirit in upper bracket round 1. Although Virtus.pro easily won the first game, HellRaisers evened the score. As a result of the third game, Virtus.pro was the winner.
Team Spirit performed tremendously well in the grand final
After their defeat against HellRaisers, Team Spirit started to play a magnificent game and also maintained momentum heading into the grand final. Although they had some difficulty against Virtus.pro in the first two games of the Bo5 series, they finished the third game in a quite short time and easily became the champion of Dota Pro Circuit Eastern Europe Tour 1 Regional Finals.

Even though the Regional Finals of the Dota Pro Circuit has come to an end, OGA Dota PIT Season 6: China, BTS Pro Series Season 10: SEA and Americas are currently underway.
