The fierce battle of the six teams for 460,000 BRL (~79.000 $) came to an end on December 4. Falling back in the final, Team Liquid won three maps in a row to win the title and the grand prize of 200,000 BRL (~35.000 $).
How did Team Liquid and Ninjas in Pyjamas match up in the final?
Team Liquid started the finals from the semifinals. Their opponents were MIBR, who defeated Team oNe 2-0 in the quarterfinals. On the Villa, Liquid won 7-5. MIBR, on the other hand, leveled the situation with a 7-8 win on the Coastline. Liquid took a comfortable win on Kafe Dostoyevsky. They advanced to the final with a score of 7-3.
Ninjas in Pyjamas were one of the teams that started from the quarterfinals. They beat FURIA 2-0. Ninjas in Pyjamas beat their opponents pretty easily on both Villa and Bank. They took 1-7 and 3-7 wins respectively. In the semifinals, they lost 8-7 on Oregon against FaZe Clan. The unyielding Ninjas in Pyjamas won 7-3 and 7-4 on Clubhouse and Villa, respectively, and advanced to the finals to become Team Liquid's rivals.

Unlike the quarterfinals and semifinals, the grand final was Bo5. Ninjas in Pyjamas started the grand final ahead with a 3-7 win on Clubhouse. Not considering giving up the championship, Team Liquid won 7-4 on Oregon. Afterwards, Team Liquid, who won 7-3 and 7-2 on Bank and Villa, respectively, became the champion with a decent comeback.

The competition does not end in Rainbow Six Siege. The Campeonato Mexicano 2021 Finals grand finals will be played on December 7. In addition, the North American League - 2021 Season Finals and European League 2021 Finals will also start this weekend.
