The 2022 edition of Rainbow Six Siege's most prestigious tournament is finally here. The Six Invitational 2022 kicks off on February 8.
At the event to be held in Stockholm, Sweden, 20 teams will compete for a prize pool of $3,000,000. Everything you need to know about the Six Invitational 2022 is in our article.
Six Invitational 2022 format
The group stage of the Six Invitational 2022 will begin on February 8 and end on February 12. There are five teams in each group.. All matches will be played in a Bo3 round robin format The winners of the groups will advance to upper bracket round 2 in the playoffs. The second and third places will start from upper bracket round 1. The group runners-up will be ranked according to their scores and will be allowed to select their opponents among the third placed teams. The last of the groups will bid farewell to the tournament. The fourth ones will progress from lower bracket round 1.
The playoff stage of the Six Invitational 2022 will begin on February 14. The playoffs will be played in a Bo3 format, except for the grand final, which will be a Bo5.
