The first two rounds of the PGL Major Antwerp 2022: European RMR A were completed, now that the groups are created between the invited and the qualified, teams battle it out to prove themselves worthy for the upcoming PGL Major. While some clubs went unbeaten on the opening day, others were on the edge of relegation.
Round 3 is currently taking place and the legendary NAVI and Heroic are about to face off to determine which team will take the Legends spot at Antwerp or not. Let’s take a look at the schedule and betting odds before we move on to our recap and analysis.

The RMR competition for Europe saw the first victories for teams NaVi and Outsiders.
In a few hours, a key match between Heroic and NaVi will commence, with the winner qualifying for the PGL Major Antwerp 2022.
The teams have previously met once this season, with NAVI winning with a score of 2:0 in the group stage of ESL Pro League Season 15. However, because a straight ticket to the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 is at risk, the teams will compete until the final round and will give their full effort this time. Navi will be led by its coach B1ad3 and Heroic will be led by their coach Xizt.
It stands to reason that Heroic will deny the Dust 2 map where s1mple will surely shine with his AWP, whilst Natus Vincere will deny Vertigo. Simultaneously, the Danish crew must select between Overpass and Inferno, while NAVI must choose between Mirage and Nuke.

PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Round 1: European RMR A
There were no flashy moments in the opening round, according to the results. Outsiders defeated Team Unique (16:12), while NaVi defeated QUAZAR (16:12).
In the next portion of the matches , FaZe Clan went through the Turkish team Eternal Fire without a chance (16:4). At the same time, Heroic as expected defeated the weaker was forZe, returned in a 16:9.

In the final round of matches, the BIG squad defeated SAW (16:5), while OG defeated MOUZ (16:12) on the Mirage map.

Following the outcomes of the championship's second round, the situation got substantially clearer, as the first favourites were selected. On the Mirage map, FaZe Clan defeated Vitality (16:14), while the Turkish team Eternal Fire defeated Dignitas (16:14). In the next matches, Heroic easily overcame fnatic (16:9), while the Russian team forZe defeated the GamerLegion players with a 16:14 score.
On the Mirage map, NAVI defeated OG (16:5) for its second triumph of the competition. Simultaneously, BIG comfortably closed the Outsiders (16:8), gaining entry into the group of leaders. On the Ancient map, Team MOUZ defeated QUAZAR (16:4) for their first victory in the competition. In the last game of the day, the Portuguese from SAW easily outplayed Team Unique (16:6).
