Four teams will compete for the PGL Major Antwerp 2022, with only two to succeed.

In the four-team tournament, the teams will face each other in a double-elimination bracket. All matches will be Bo3.
The upper bracket final winner and the lower bracket final winner will participate in PGL Major Antwerp 2022 from contender status.
PGL Major Antwerp 2022: Asia-Pacific RMR opening matches
- TYLOO - IHC Esports (April 15 - 11:00 CEST)
Experienced Chinese team TYLOO is expected to win over the newly formed Mongolian team IHC Esports. TYLOO won 2-0 when the two teams met in ESL Challenger League Season 40: Asia-Pacific.
- LookingForOrg - Renegades (April 15 - 14:45 CEST)
In the match between Renegades and LookingForOrg, Renegades is seen as the favourite. In the four games the two teams have played since September 2021, LookingForOrg is yet to win a game.
Losing teams will face each other in lower bracket round 1. This match will be played on April 15 at 18:30 CEST.
The finals will be played on April 16. The upper bracket final will be played at 11:00 CEST, and the lower bracket final will be played at 14:45 CEST.
