Their Dota 2 season did not start ideally with the departure of Ana but they managed to secure a ticket without the stress that goes along regional qualifiers... and got Ana back too.
Newbee
Newbee's roster (playing as Forward Gaming) did not manage to qualify through the DPC table and finished 16th in the final DPC standings. Instead they had to qualify through the North America qualifier and they did easily (Only 1 game lost in Final on the whole qualifier).

Only won twice during their TI9 group stage vs eliminated Chaos E.C and Team Liquid. But they only lost once too, vs the ogre Team Secret. PSG.LGD and Mineski did not manage to beat Newbee who finished 3rd of their group behind PSG.LGD and Team Secret.

Mindset going into the match
In spite of a clean qualification through their regional qualifier as Forward Gaming, Newbee/FG has not shown as much consistency as OG in their results more recently. This is what prevented them from qualifying through the DPC table. They showed positive results in TI9 Group Stage though, but will it be enough to tame the OG beast?
Newbee might have leaked insights on OG's strategy too, which would give them more chances to beat them. :D
