Masters Copenhagen: Final weekend schedule and betting odds

After an immense competition, Masters Copenhagen is coming to an end this weekend with four matches. OpTic Gaming, Paper Rex, FunPlus Phoenix and Fnatic will try and survive to get to the grand finals. Unlike other VALORANT competitions, fans will be able to witness the end of this tournament on-site.

OpTic Gaming and Paper Rex will clash in the upper bracket finals, deciding which team will get the first ticket to the grand finals. FPX is facing Fnatic in the lower bracket to find out which one will survive and play in the lower bracket finals. Let’s take a look at the current situation and the schedule in Masters Copenhagen.

VALORANT’s Masters Copenhagen is ending

Starting on June 10, Masters Copenhagen has become one of the most unforgettable tournaments in VALORANT’s history. This tournament is the last step before the Champions Istanbul, end of the season tournament. After Masters Copenhagen ends, Last Chance Qualifiers will be played between the teams that couldn’t land a ticket to Istanbul before.

Masters Copenhagen’s group stage saw LATAM’s KRÜ Esports, Brazil’s LOUD, Japan’s Northeption and APAC’s XERXIA eliminated early. The playoffs started following that, where EMEA’s Guild Esports and NA champion XSET were taken down without a single win in the playoffs.

After that, South Korea’s champion DRX and Latin America’s champion Leviatán were eliminated by FPX and Fnatic. No matter the results, we will see some of the faces from Masters Copenhagen in Istanbul: OpTic Gaming, XSET, FunPlus Phoenix, Fnatic, LOUD, Leviatán, DRX, ZETA DIVISION, Paper Rex and XERXIA are guaranteed to play in Champions Istanbul at the end of 2022.

The rest of the teams will join from Last Chance Qualifiers in their regions. Make sure to check out Luckbox, where you can watch the final stages of Masters Copenhagen and LCQs when they start. Sign up now to claim your 100% bonus before placing your bets.

Masters Copenhagen schedule and betting odds

The final two games of Masters Copenhagen (Losers Bracket Final and Grand Final) will be played in a best-of-five. Check out the schedule below:

Friday, July 22
Paper Rex (2.00) vs OpTic Gaming (1.72) - 17:00 CEST
FunPlus Phoenix (2.20) vs Fnatic (1.60) - 20:00 CEST

Saturday, July 23
Losers’ Bracket Final (PRX/OPTC loser vs FNC/FPX winner) - 17:00 CEST

Sunday, July 24
Grand Final (PRX/OPTC winner vs LBF winner) - 17:00 CEST

Paper Rex and OpTic Gaming both looked tough during Masters Copenhagen. Although OpTic started with a poor performance in the group stage, they were able to turn that around in the playoffs. Paper Rex, however, looked steady against FPX and FNC. Normally, Paper Rex would be the favourites here, but you must consider OpTic’s past success in Masters Reykjavík and North America.

FunPlus Phoenix vs Fnatic is also a hard one to predict. With Alfajer and Derke, Fnatic has incredible firepower but Copenhagen didn’t go too well for them. FPX, however, has improved ever since SUYGETSU joined them in Denmark. While FPX is coming with an upwards form, Fnatic looks shaky. Still, FNC is the EU champion, and you should make your decisions considering that.
