Spanish League of Legends team MAD Lions has revealed its full player roster for the upcoming season, with three new players signing on to join the team.
MAD Lions has strengthened its roster with three new players - one of which had already been announced: former Fnatic superstar Zdravets "Hylissang" Galabov, who joins MAD Lions after five years at his former team.

He’s quite a catch for MAD Lions, with the 27 year old being considered one of the best supports in the League of Legends scene, having recently played on the World Championship (Worlds 2022) stage. He’s known for his extremely aggressive playstyle, and will be replacing the team’s former support Norman ”Kaiser” Kaiser.
MAD Lions has made two more replacements, after both William “UNF0RGIVEN” Nieminen and İrfan Berk “Armut” Tükek parted ways with the team shortly after their disappointing performance at Worlds 2022, where they finished in 17th-18th place, tied with Japanese team DetonatioN FocusMe.
In their place, MAD Lions has signed top laner Kim "Chasy" Dong-hyeon and Matyáš "Carzzy" Orság - a botlaner who was previously playing for Team Vitality.
The three new players will be joined by mid laner Yasin “Nisqy” Dinçer and jungler Javier “Elyoya” Prades Batalla at the upcoming LEC Winter Split, taking place in January.
This marks Chasy’s LEC debut, having previously played for NLC team X7 Esports, and was also the substitute top laner for DWG KIA at the 2021 LCK.
Carzzy meanwhile will be joining Hylissang in the bot lane, marking his return to the team after leaving for Team Vitality last year.
It promises to be an excellent partnership, with Hylissang himself reportedly having enjoyed facing him as an adversary in the past, according to an interview with Jaxon.
“Carzzy has always been a guy (who) I liked playing against, and I imagined myself playing alongside him as well,” said Hylissang. “I feel like he is the type of player that I would enjoy playing with, and I believe it will be quite fun indeed — playing together in the bottom lane.”
