February is almost over and what a month it has been, the penultimate match of the IEM Katowice will be played today and with that we’ll bid our farewell to one of the biggest events of the year, 2022.
With February out of the way, do you want to know what esports events you should watch this week? We've got you. Every week, we'll choose key esports events that we believe should not be missed.
Let’s see the important esports events of the first week of march.
This week, we have another fantastic lineup of events, including League of Legends competition in all four main regions. This week also marks the start of the Call of Duty League's first big tournament of the season.
Call of Duty League - Stage 1 Major
The first CDL major of the season is finally here after three weeks of regular-season action.
This event will match all of the teams against one another in a tournament-style format in order to determine who is now the top squad in the league.
This style of competition is ideal for breaking up a long season of round robin matches that sometimes feel disjointed. Instead, each match this week will determine whether a team will advance to the next round or will be eliminated for the week.
Make sure to watch the tournament every day and pay special attention to the grand finale on March 7.
LoL - LEC Spring 2022 week 8

This week in the LEC is another action-packed week, but there is no doubt which match is the most significant, both in terms of the standings and for your own enjoyment.
The two top teams in Europe, G2 and Fnatic, will give their best to see who will come out of the group stage on top. afternoon to see who will be at the top of the standings moving into the last few weeks of play.
While a best of one can't give us all we need to know about how the matchup will play out, it'll be a nice preview for the European finals at the end of the Spring Split.
LoL - LCS SPRING 2021 WEEK 5

As the LCS regular season progresses, Just like last year we are approaching to see a repetition of the rivalry between Cloud9 and Team Liquid.
Both teams have been dominating the league with the same 6-2 results. TL proved itself over and over that it’s C9’s antidote.
We’ll see which team will come out as the top doh in North America.
CSGO - Elisa Invitational Winter 2021

The 2021 Elisa Invitational competition is presently in its Winter edition, bringing together teams from the Nordic area and some of the world's best to compete for a $100,000 prize fund.
From November 8th to March 5th, the Elisa Invitational will be held. We'll see who will be crowned the Elisa Invitational's year-ending tournament champion.
Format
The tournament will begin with regional qualifiers from these three Nordic regions (Finland, Norway, and Sweden) and will be playing in the single-elimination best-of-three series, the winners of each region will proceed in the Online Stage of the main event.
Online Stage is composed of Sixteen teams where only the top eight teams of this group will proceed to the final stage, all matches are played in round-robin best-of-three series.
Online Playoffs will be played in single-elimination best-of-three series and the top 4 teams will advance and play for the LAN finals.
The group stage of the main event will be played in GSL format composed of two groups of four, each group's initial matches and winner's matches are played in the best-of-one series while elimination and decider matches are played in the best-of-three series.
Playoffs will be played in single-elimination best-of-three series.
Dota 2 - GAMERS GALAXY: Invitational Series Dubai 2022

It's the region's largest Dota 2 event, with teams like Secret, OG, Fnatic, and others competing.
In the first week of March, Galaxy Racer announced the GAMERS GALAXY: Dota 2 Invitational Series Dubai 2022. Top-tier Dota 2 teams like as OG, Secret, Tundra, Team Spirit, and others will compete in the event.
The Gamers Galaxy: Dota 2 Invitational Series Dubai 2022, which claims to be the largest Dota 2 event in the MEGA area, has a prize pool of AED 1,000,000 (USD 27, 2249).
There will be 10 teams competing in the competition. Some of Europe's and Southeast Asia's most popular teams are represented on the list. With such strong competition criteria, the event promises to deliver top-tier Dota 2 action to fans.
