Gaming platform provider FACEIT provided an update on its server status after users experienced problems on Tuesday.
FACEIT said it was "aware of the ongoing issues that are affecting our platform" and that the problems were "due to widespread issues with our cloud infrastructure provider".
FACEIT provides an online platform for several games, including CSGO, but millions of users worldwide were reporting problems with FACEIT servers not working.
The company tweeted to assure customers the issue was being looked into.

Highly respected esports broadcaster Alex "Machine" Richardson, urged users to be patient with FACEIT, tweeting: "FACEIT's cloud provider goes down and all these dribbles are tweeting them that they suck.
"Honestly, people need to think just a little harder before they tweet."
