Two of the groups have ended in ESL Pro League Season 16. Group C is next and the first match of the group will start tomorrow.
Today we will take a look at the teams in the group and make predictions. We will also share the schedule of the matches with you.
Which teams are in Group C?

In our opinion, the favourite team of Group C is Astralis. Astralis, one of the strongest CS:GO teams, has not been able to win any championships recently. So much so that they last won the IEM Global Challenge in 2020. There's no doubt they want to be champions again after such a long wait. We think that they will at least get through the group stage on this path.
I think the biggest rival of Astralis in the group stage is MOUZ. They haven't been performing bad lately. They finished second on the Global Esports Tour Dubai 2022 and were 5th-6th at IEM Cologne 2022. They performed pretty badly in the last ESL Pro League and were eliminated in the group stage. This time, we are guessing they'll be second in the group. We are especially curious about the performance of xertioN, who has just joined the main roster.
Our guess for third place is Heroic. Frankly, they started to show a declining performance with the departure of refrezh from the team. They took their most recent title in the Pinnacle Cup Championship and had refrezh on their roster. Fans now expect success from the team they support. They should make their fans happy with at least a third place in the group.
There's a huge hurdle in Heroic's goal of making it to the playoffs in ESL Pro League Season 16, ENCE. We're predicting ENCE to finish fourth in the group stage, but we're not sure how they will perform with SunPayus and valde joining the roster. ENCE, which finished second in the latest IEM Dallas 2022, can surpass Heroic with a performance that exceeds expectations with two new players joining the roster.
Next up is Complexity. Complexity, in our opinion, completes the group fifth. Honestly, I don't think they can be included in the competition for the first four. Although hallzerk was included in the roster recently, the team's performance did not increase much after that.
HEET has signed with JACKZ, one of the key players of G2 Esports. They most recently won the Elisa Invitational Spring 2022 and together with JACKZ they can increase their performance. Still, I expect them to say goodbye to the tournament without showing much presence in the group stage.
