DPC China: Week two update, schedule and betting odds

Dota Pro Circuit's Tour 3 continues and week two of China Division I is over. The competition has become even more interesting after Royal Never Give Up's comeback in week two as they will face one of their main opponents in week three.

PSG.LGD's disappointing run continued with a loss to Vici Gaming at the end of the week. Interestingly, there is not a single team in China Division I without a win. This messy race will get even more complicated in the third week with some important matches coming up. Let's have a look at what happened last week and what to expect in week three.

Week two recap

The first week started with Aster.Aries against Xtreme Gaming. After suffering a loss to their sister branch Team Aster last week, Aster.Aries made a good comeback against Xtreme and won both games with confidence. It took them a little over an hour in total to finish the series and bring home the victory.

Vici Gaming faced Team Aster later that day, looking to bounce back from their 0-1 start. Team Aster started with a 45-minute win, which Vici Gaming answered with a commanding second game. Vici Gaming won the deciding game with ease, surprising their opponents and all spectators in 21 minutes.

RNG and EHOME played the Friday match of the week. All three games ended quickly with RNG winning the first in 29 minutes and EHOME replying with the same speed in the next game. However, the third game went to RNG after a strong, commanding performance by the team.

The final day of the week started with RNG against Aster.Aries. After their win two days ago, RNG put up a strong performance against Aries as well. Two quick and one-sided games were enough for RNG to take the series 2-1 and increase its chances to enter the Arlington Major.

The most disappointing result for fans was definitely this game as Vici Gaming annihilated PSG.LGD in two games: 34 minutes and 37 minutes. This was PSG.LGD's second defeat of the season and they need to change things before they miss the Major altogether.
