Dota Pro Circuit 2021-22 starts soon

It has been more than a month since Team Spirit became The International 10 champions. Dota Pro Circuit 2021-22, where teams will compete on the way to The International 11, the newest of Dota 2's biggest tournament series, begins soon.

We will see a very similar format to the previous season, but this time there will be three rounds instead of two.

What will happen as a result of the three tours of DPC?

After the teams have a fierce battle in three tours, twelve teams with the most DPC points will qualify directly for The International 11. The remaining slots will be completed by regional, final chance qualifiers.

As a result of this whole process, the road will once again lead to the Aegis of the Immortal competition, The International 11.

What is the format of Dota Pro Circuit 2021-22?

There will be regional leagues held across six regions. In these leagues, 16 teams will be divided into 8 as Division I and Division II. As a result of the six-week leagues, the two teams at the bottom of Division I will be relegated to Division II. The first two teams of Division II will advance to Division I. The two teams finishing at the bottom of Division II will be eliminated from the league and replaced by the open qualifier winners. Other teams will continue to the next tour from where they left off.

What are the prizes in the Dota Pro Circuit 2021-22?

Each regional league has a prize pool of $280,000 per tour. Division I's prize pool is $205,000, while Division II's is $75,000. Another change is that DPC points earned from regional leagues will increase with each tour. For a better understanding, you can take a look at the tables below.
