Brazil's top League of Legends competition returns with its second season of the year: Split 2. Split 1 was won by RED Canids, who had a disappointing result at MSI 2022 and failed to break the curse of Brazil's poor international performance. The winner of Split 2 will represent their country at the Worlds 2022, the ultimate League of Legends tournament.

CBLOL 2022 Split 2 will kick off on June 11 with Flamengo Los Grandes, FURIA Esports, INTZ, KaBuM! e-Sports, Liberty, LOUD, Miners, paiN Gaming, RED Canids and Rensga Esports. Here you can find the latest news about the teams, the schedule for the first week and the betting odds.
CBLOL 2022 Split 2 teams

Just before the start of Split 2, we have seen some name changes in the league. The Netshoes Miners have changed their name to Miners after the naming rights expired as part of their partnership with sports store Netshoes. The management organisation of Flamengo Esports was partially taken over by Los Grandes, so the team was renamed Flamengo Los Grandes.
Flamengo Los Grandes changed both its top laner and jungler, bringing in the famous Tay and the Korean Geum go. FURIA Esports kept their successful squad for Split 2 after losing a very close championship race last season. INTZ also made some changes after their disappointing result, keeping only micaO and Yampi and building around them.
KaBuM!, a successful team from Split 1 also kept their squad, apart from changing ADC and adding LOUD's DudsTheBoy. Parang and Wiz will be their carries this season too. Liberty had a mediocre season and only changed its support by bringing Cavalo into the team. LOUD brought in Korean jungler Croc to replace Tay, and Brance to fill the absence of DudsTheBoy.
After losing Croc, Miners brought in Brazilian jungler Hugato and opted for Korean support Sive. Split 1 runners-up paiN Gaming retained their squad, as did Split 1 champions RED Canids. Finally, Rensga Esports kept the same squad for Split 2 and brought in Turkish coach Nova.
