What has Entity been doing lately?
Although Entity has never been one of the leading Dota 2 teams, it has always managed to become a European team that has made a name for itself. They were in Division II during the first tour of the new Dota Pro Circuit season starting in early 2022. Here they took first place and were promoted to Division I.
Soon after, they made an appearance in the seventh season of the Dota 2 Champions League. Here they faced HellRaisers in the grand final. Despite their 2-0 advantage, they finished second as HellRaisers won three games in a row.
In the next season of Dota 2 Champions League, they easily finished the Bo5 series by winning three games against Winstrike Team in the grand final and became champions.
In the second tour of the DPC WEU, they performed as expected in Division I and finished sixth, maintaining their spot in Division I.
In the 12th season of the Dota 2 Champions League, they lost to Virtus.pro in the upper bracket finals and Gaimin Gladiators in the lower bracket finals and placed third.
In the third tour of the DPC WEU, they left behind leading Dota 2 teams like Team Secret and Gaimin Gladiators to finish fourth. Thus, they qualified for the PGL Arlington Major 2022.

PGL Arlington Major 2022 for Entity is a tough marathon
The teams in Entity's group are beastcoast, BOOM Esports, Evil Geniuses, Natus Vincere, Team Aster, Team Spirit, and Tundra Esports. Entity's roster quality against most teams in the group will fall short unless they perform above expectations.
If Entity wants to rank well, they must win, especially against beastcoast. Probably the easiest encounter for Entity will be with beastcoast. It is difficult to predict who will win this match.
Natus Vincere is another team that Entity can beat with a slightly better performance. Still, NAVI will not give up easily against them. Entity has faced NAVI twice so far. While NAVI won the series in Dota 2 Champions Season 6 by 2-0, the winner in the match in Season 7 was Entity with a score of 2-0.
In order to achieve a win or a draw against other teams and a potential playoff spot, the European team needs to exceed expectations, because there are many teams in the group that will not give up easily.
Entity will undoubtedly have a tough tournament full of experience. Do you think they will be successful? Don't forget to follow the PGL Arlington Major 2022 on Luckbox to find out the answer.
