It seems that there's more to Miroslav "BOOM" Bičan's exit from the Gaimin Gladiators roster than we previously thought.

BOOM left Gaimin Gladiators back in October this year. Shortly afterwards, Team Secret announced that it had signed the midlaner for the DPC 2023 season. Given that this came just a month after his departure, it was commonly assumed that Team Secret had simply offered him a better deal.
But it seems there's more to the story. That is at least, according to Gaimin Gladiators carry player Anton “DyrachYO” Shkredov, who revealed that BOOM left the roster due to unspecified internal tensions.
DyrachYO's remarks were made during an interview with Cybersport.ru, in which he refused to detail the team's "inner workings," but did hint at some unspecified tensions with BOOM.
When asked about his feelings about his former teammate's departure, DrachYO remarked: "I think we relaxed a lot, there was a decline in the game, a decline in drafts, in some moments we simply were not flexible enough, we stopped developing against the background of others, and in the end everything resulted in such results."

"BOOM is a good player, but there were complaints about him during the bootcamp," DrachYO continued. "I don't think it makes sense to tell the team's inner workings, it's just ugly. But this kick will serve him as a kind of slap in the face and may be a boost in his future career, either he will be hungry for victories and will tear everyone, or he will be a dull copy of Nisha, and the results will not be very good. It all depends on his motivation."
It seems that they players remain on at least somewhat good terms, however. DrachYO wished BOOM "only good luck," adding that he is a "very good person."
BOOM has joined Team Secret to replace Michał "Nisha" Jankowski, who left after four years with the team to join Team Liquid.
It remains to be seen how he'll fare with his new team. The Dota Pro Circuit 2023 is due to kick off in January, where we'll have our first chance to see if his career will get that boost DrachYO mentioned - or if he'll just be a "dull copy of Nisha."
