BLAST Premier World Final 2022: Team Liquid vs NAVI betting odds

The quarter finals have begun! With eight teams now whittled down to six, day three of the BLAST Premier World Final is now upon us - kicking off with Team Liquid vs Natus Vincere (NAVI).

Yesterday we saw both Outsiders and BLAST Fall Finals champions Heroic taking an early ticket home - after both teams disappointed fans by failing to make it out of the group stage.

It's symbolic of what has been a dramatic World Final so far, with a series of surprise underdog wins putting some of the strongest CS:GO teams in the world on the back foot and fighting for survival.

And the drama is only going to keep on building from now on. With the group stage out of the way, the six surviving teams will now be competing in a single-elimination bracket. Meaning whoever loses today will be sent home - while the winner will go on to tomorrow's semi final.

Today's quarter finals will kick off at 11:30 AM GMT today, as Team Liquid faces off against NAVI. This World Final seems to have been a tournament for the underdogs so far, and so it's going to be tricky to predict who will be going home later today - but we'll try anyway!

BLAST Premier World Final 2022: Team Liquid vs NAVI predictions

Team Liquid (1.90) vs Natus Vincere (1.80)

Team Liquid are heading into today's quarter final having lost yesterday's Winners Match to FaZe Clan in a 2-1 defeat. It was a disappointing, if not entirely unexpected result, given FaZe Clan's strong performance throughout this tournament so far - having secured their spot at tomorrow's semi finals through back-to-back victories. Still, Team Liquid has plenty to brag about themselves, having started out this week's tournament in a surprise win against Outsiders. Despite coming in as the underdog team, they claimed a 2-1 victory,  handing the Russian team the first of their two consecutive losses this week.

NAVI meanwhile had a rough start to this year's World Final. Despite high expectations for their performance, they lost their opening match to Team Vitality through a 2-0 upset, sending the Ukrainian team to yesterday's Group B Elimination Match. Fortunately for NAVI, they were able to make it to the quarter finals after defeating Heroic in a 2-1 victory.

The odds are slightly in NAVI's favour here, at 1.80 against Team Liquid's 1.90. But not only have we seen multiple underdog wins already this week, we've also seen NAVI's new six-man roster disappointing fans in matches they were expected to win. As such, there's still every chance we'll be seeing Team Liquid in the semi finals tomorrow.

The grand final of the BLAST Premier World Final is fast approaching, taking place on December 18. There's just a few more days of the tournament left - so make sure you've claimed your 100% bonus so you can stay close to the last CS:GO tournament of the year.
