BLAST Premier World Final 2022: FaZe Clan vs G2 Esports schedule and betting odds

FaZe Clan (1.50) vs G2 Esports (2.40)

Expectations are understandably pretty high for FaZe Clan coming into the World Final, as the highest-ranked team on the BLAST Premier World Leaderboard with a total of 17600 points. The team has earned that position through a fantastic performance this year, having won not only the Intel Extreme Masters XVI in Katowice, but also the ESL Pro League Season 15, the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 and the Intel Extreme Masters XVII.

G2's story is somewhat less spectacular this year, with no tournament wins to their name so far in 2022. But they came tantalisingly close to winning the Intel Extreme Masters XVI in Katowice, making it all the way to the grand final - Only to be defeated by none other than FaZe Clan. Still, it was a strong performance, showing that G2 is capable of pulling out their A game when it counts.

The odds are in FaZe Clan's favour here, at 1.50 vs G2's 2.40. Despite disappointing at Rio, FaZe has proven time and time again why they're one of the strongest teams on the CS:GO scene. That's not to say G2 has no chance though, they've proven to be more than capable of going the distance in the past, and they'll almost definitely want their revenge against FaZe Clan for defeating them in Katowice.
