FURIA and paiN secured playoffs, INTZ and Rensga are eliminated: two weeks are left before the end of CBLOL’s regular season. Flamengo is also on the brink of being eliminated, leaving only seven teams for the six spots in the playoffs. We will see which teams will be the lucky ones in the last couple of weeks.
After finishing the seventh week 2-0, LOUD and KaBuM! have a significant advantage and virtually secured playoffs. One or two wins will seal the deal for them. However, Miners will have to race with Liberty to keep the lead. The score between the two is 1-1, meaning that their results in weeks eight and nine will decide their fate.
CBLOL Week 7 recap
With their shaky performance recently, RED Canids failed to stand up against FURIA Esports and were defeated in 35 minutes with a solid performance from FURIA’s mid-jungle duo. We witnessed another complete outplay from KaBuM!, taking down paiN Gaming 18-3 without any struggle. Parang looked proficient on Rumble with his 7-1-9 performance.
Miners easily crushed Rensga Esports, kicking them out of playoffs contention in 30 minutes. INTZ followed next, but even defeating Flamengo wouldn’t save them from elimination at the end of the week. LOUD finished the day with a stomp over Liberty, tinowns, Brance and Ceos looking fabulous with a total of 12-0-36 KDA. With this 20-4 victory, LOUD has a good advantage in the race for playoffs.
paiN Gaming put Wizer on Kayle duty against Miners and won with ease, followed with dyNquedo’s 6-0-7 Taliyah. FURIA Esports crushed Rensga and handed the 0-2 week, Erasus survived for Rensga for a second time this week but it wasn’t enough. LOUD struggled against INTZ but Robo decided to carry his team. Supported by Brance’s Seraphine, Robo played a 15-3-7 Olaf to get the win.
KaBuM! e-Sports secured the 2-0 week and a good chance at making the playoffs after taking down Liberty in 24 minutes with 20-3. hauz’s 8-0-9 Azir will get Liberty depressed, as they will have to win all their games in the last two weeks to make the playoffs. RED Canids crushed Flamengo Los Grandes, TitaN 7-1-7 on Aphelios.
Taliyah mid has affected CBLOL more than any other league as the stats show. dynQuedo and Grevthar looked proficient on her and affected the games dearly.
