An amazing third week was played in CBLOL 2022 Split 2, with an incredible upset from FURIA as the highlight. After Rensga's win, there is no team left in the CBLOL without a win, and seven teams are very close at the top of the league. Considering the fact that teams will be motivated when they see that they can reach the playoffs with ease, we are in for a breathtaking fourth week.
Rensga Esports defeated FURIA Esports on Saturday to provide the surprise win of the week. Although we did not expect many surprises this week, the strong teams blew easy matchups. Liberty defeated both paiN and KaBuM! to stir the pot ahead of week four.
CBLOL Week 3 recap
The first game of the week pitted LOUD against a weak INTZ side. Robo was 8-2-8 on AP Gragas, while Brance was 7-1-10 on Kai'Sa, and LOUD started with an easy win. paiN Gaming then faced Miners, and Wizer played the most comfortable Gnar game of his life with a score of 6-0-4.
RED Canids had no problems against Flamengo where they conceded only one score with Grevthar dying with Twisted Fate. Krastyel played 13-2-10 on Ahri, while Liberty destroyed KaBuM!, one of the championship contenders. Thanks to this win, Liberty is back in the race for the playoffs.
However, the surprising result came at the end of the day. Rensga Esports played a perfect game against FURIA, who probably underestimated them. NinjaKiwi ended their 0-4 streak with an 8-0-10 on Jinx, ending FURIA's winning streak as well. Although dyNquedo was in form once again, Liberty defeated paiN the next day with a commanding Zeri performance from Matsukaze to finish the week 2-0.
RED Canids' opponent was Robo...LOUD in the next match. Croc completely misplayed Lee Sin with a score of 1-11-10, while Robo tried to carry his team to victory with his AD Kayle, but it was not enough as RED secured the win in 41 minutes. FURIA also kept their composure against Miners, defeating them 17-7 in 31 minutes.
The next match saw Flamengo Los Grandes and Rensga Esports, two weak faces in the league, take to the stage. In contrast to their performance against FURIA, Rensga did not perform well and Flamengo, with a combination of Senna and Seraphine, were able to claim an easy 18-6 victory. KaBuM! struggled against INTZ but somehow finished the game in 30 minutes, while NOsFerus' 6-1-3 Akali seemed unstoppable. Even KBM do not know how they were able to beat that.

There are some great games in week four that will have a lasting impact on the state of the league. RED Canids face KaBuM! on Saturday and this is KBM's last chance to stay in the race for top two. Following that, FURIA will take on paiN Gaming. FURIA looked better during the split, but paiN is capable of a surprise, especially after FURIA's defeat last week.
Liberty is in good form and will face RED Canids after they faced a weak opponent on the first day. They have a good chance to surprise RED. Flamengo is somehow at 3-3, but it will not be difficult for FURIA to get a victory.
