The first two weeks of the CBLOL Split 2 is over and FURIA Esports has conquered Brazil with their perfect performance in the first four matches. FURIA defeated both KaBuM! and RED Canids, two of their biggest opponents in the race for the championship. We will see if they can maintain this good form for the rest of the season.
paiN Gaming and RED Canids trail behind FURIA as expected, as these two teams had great results in the Split 1 playoffs. Rensga Esports have been disappointing, losing all four of their games, INTZ and Liberty follow them with only one win in the first two weeks. Let's take a look at what happened in the second week and move on to the third week's schedule.
CBLOL Week 2 recap
The second week started with KaBuM! facing LOUD. In 28 minutes, KaBuM! e-Sports managed a very easy and quick win, thanks to Parang's 6-1-6 Gnar and Wiz's 3-1-10 Wukong. FURIA Esports battled INTZ next, but managed to wrap up the win in 48 minutes. micaO's Ezreal and NOsFerus' Swain were stopped by fNb's 6-1-7 Gwen and Goot's 6-2-5 Viego performances.
Flamengo Los Grandes played amazingly well against Liberty. Although it was a long game, the score ended up 12-4 and they were in control of the game for the most part. Tay played a 5-0-4 Kayle, while Tutsz played 5-0-7 on Taliyah and carried the game for Flamengo. RED Canids had a tough game against Miners but deserved to win with 15-9 in the end.
To close the first day, paiN Gaming played Rensga Esports. Rensga tried to surprise them with top Yasuo but it did not work out since 32 minutes were enough for paiN. To kick off the second day of the week, LOUD crushed Liberty 21-8 in 29 minutes and did not allow KiaRi's Kayle to scale. tinowns' Ahri performance was memorable.
paiN Gaming defeated KaBuM! in one of the most important games of the week, finishing it in 36 minutes. Although KBM stayed in the game, they followed paiN from behind and Wizer & CarioK eventually secured the win. Flamengo's next opponent of the week was INTZ. Tay, Geum go and Tutsz demolished their opponents again to take the 2-0 week.
FURIA Esports took on RED Canids to continue their unbeaten streak. fNb was amazing once again, 5-1-9 on Sejuani and the perfect frontline. They were able to outclass TitaN's Kalista and defeat RED Canids in 34 minutes. Miners vs Rensga finished the week, DoRun was 6-0-11 on Kayle and Anyyy was 7-2-11 on Orianna, helping Miners to an easy 20-3 win.

The 4-0 leaders of CBLOL Split 2, FURIA Esports, have a fairly easy week ahead of them. KaBuM!, RED and paiN will not face each other either, but rather face teams from the midfield. So it's expected to be a quiet week from CBLOL. However, if the teams with scores 2-2 and 1-3 pull off a few surprises, it could get interesting for the spectators.
